My storm signs are low energy and a deep sense of not belonging. Sometimes I can catch it and get to my psychiatrist before it goes too far. Often, I just wake up at the bottom.

I'm tired. My aunt passed away this morning. I found out by a post on Facebook. No one called, again. I'm sad. I miss her. I'm alone.

I can't believe the up and down of my 'moods'. I feel triggered by everything lately. Lower & lower. New med was added which make it hard to know what is a side effect. I am trying to be patient. I'm trying to hold on. I'm trying. #SickNotWeak

In November I lost my Aunt Helen, 2 weeks ago I lost my Aunt Betty. Now my mom is sick and bleeding internally. They are trying to find the source of the bleed. I live on the opposite side of the country and never felt so very alone. #sicknotweak #KeepTalkingMH

2 years ago I spent 6 weeks at @choprawellness I still I think the land around this place is magical. And on the days where I'm feeling exceptionally low, I take a drive up smile as I passed the center and find a quiet spot to park. Days like this, I wish I could go back
