Year 2 have been busy in the Art Studio with their oil pastels, recreating the pond in Claude Monet's garden. We then enjoyed a relaxing 'stilling activity' where we visited the pond in our imaginations...lots of water lilies, dragon flies and frogs on our trip there today!

Frogs took over the Art Studio on Monday when the Year 2's got to paint their ceramic creations. Great concentration and attention to detail! 🐸🖌️

Inspired by the work of Leonardo da Vinci, Year 1 were busy in the Art Studio this week, creating these fabulous drawings of fossils. They loved adding a watercolour wash to make the paper look really old too! 🖌️
