Did you know that Surrey Memorial Hospital was one of the first hospitals in Canada to have a female Executive Director? Mrs. Margaret Woodward led the team from 1973 - 1985. Presently we have three outstanding female leaders: Dr. Victoria Lee; Cathie Heritage, and Michele Lane.

Visited the Surrey urgent and primary care centre this afternoon. Appreciated hearing about our lessons learned so far; and impressed by the interdisciplinary team of care that we provide. Thank you all!
