For academics, the weekends can be a GREAT time to get ahead. After 10+ years in the academy, this is what I have learned! This is what I would tell the first year grad school version of myself on how to spend the weekends! This would have helped me A TON! ⬇️

We did it! We finished the AACR 5K run in 37 minutes and felt energized for the day! The view of the sea throughout the run was absolutely scenic! I’m so glad we did this! #AACR24

How fitting it was to merge my love for running with my dedication to cancer research at AACR Foundation’s Run for Research! It was profoundly meaningful as we all raised significant funds for research, yet sobering to see so many run in honor of their lost loved ones. 🏃🏻‍♀️🌴🔬
