The ARA was pleased to recently attend the Skilling Australia event hosted by CEDA, where the Minister for Skills and Training, Brendan O'Connor announced the government's investment of $402 million over the next four years to establish 10 Jobs and Skills Councils.

The Referendum Working Group were joined today by @albomp, Petaren’t Dutton, Julian Leeser MP. We will continue to pursue bipartisanship on this important proposal. I hope that politicians from all parties will support the call of First Nations leaders for a Voice to Parliament.

Today every First Minister in Australia signed a commitment to support the Voice to Parliament. The Voice will recognise Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in our constitution, and consult on matters affecting them.
