I think I’ve found the purpose of the new #MK1_RAIDEN move. This set up grants you jailing plus frames from an armour breaking safe jump ender (midscreen included vs most armour)

Seems to be some scaling inconsistency with kameo Lao’s spin. You can see here that the exact same combo can result in different damage (seemingly randomly)
