it’s fucked that an academic institution can revoke someone's degree for opposing genocide but i don't think the remedy is as easy as getting them to reinstate it. we need to revoke the idea that a degree from a genocide supporting institution is at all desirable or honorable.

Having a protest centered around “no kings” feels like an intentional misdirection when the whole political structure—senators, judges, reps, in both parties—is responsible for what is happening.
