This is so unncessary. There's nothing wrong with the official Second Life viewer. New people should start there. I guess Second Life is trying to push the Firestorm viewer for some reason.

I’m this close to charging Linden Lab for the time I spend teaching "newcomers" the basics of the platform after they leave negative reviews on a product with a well-formatted description using official terminology from the Second Life Knowledge Base.
