The FloridaSupremeCourt is authorizing judicial circuits to pilot the concept of an “online court” for resolving small claims cases. The July 18 order by Chief Justice Carlos Muñiz refers to a May 2022 report by the The Florida Bar COVID-19 Pandemic Recovery Task Force. ow.ly/qWnL50Pht9l
