Yesterday, #MDCR, alongside Miami-Dade County Office of Resilience, hosted a ribbon cutting ceremony to unveil the newly installed solar panels at our Metro West Detention Center. The solar array will provide over a quarter of our facility’s electricity needs & help create a future with clean energy. ☀️
