The Public Hearing for Bylaw No. 1904 has been closed at 9:35 a.m.

Council has given Second and Third Reading to Bylaw No. 1907 Roadway License Bylaw. The bylaw will allow the M.D. to enter into an agreement to license a roadway to be used for grazing purposes.

Council has given Second and Third Reading to Bylaw No. 1908 Roadway License Bylaw, which allows the M.D. to enter into an agreement to license a roadway to be used for pasture and grazing purposes.

Council has given Second and Third Reading to Bylaw No. 1909 Roadway License Bylaw, which allows the M.D. to enter into an agreement to license a roadway for an existing communications tower.

Council has given Second and Third Reading to Bylaw No. 1910 Roadway License Bylaw, which allows the M.D. to enter into an agreement to license a roadway to be used for additional yard space and to save the integrity of sight lines onto Secondary Highway 660.

Council has given Second and Third Reading to Bylaw No. 1911 Roadway License Bylaw, which allows the M.D. to enter into an agreement to license a roadway to be used for access and operations for a gravel pit.

Council has given Second and Third Reading to Bylaw No. 1912 Roadway License Bylaw, which allows the M.D. to enter into an agreement to license a roadway to allow for the continued use of a cabin.

Council has given Second and Third Reading to Bylaw No. 1913 Roadway License Bylaw, which allows the M.D. to enter into an agreement to license a roadway to be used as a driveway.

Council has given Second and Third Reading to Bylaw No. 1914 Roadway Licensing Bylaw, which allows the M.D. to enter into an agreement to license a roadway to be used for grazing and shelter.

Council has given Second and Third Reading to Bylaw No. LU 582 Land Use Bylaw Amendment. The amendment will allow a portion of land to be rezoned from Country Residential District (CR1) to Agricultural District (AG).

Council has denied a request to waive a road licensing application fee of $300.

Council is back in session and is now hearing a delegation from Stephen Price, the recently appointed President and CEO of Portage College, and Nancy Broadbent, the former President and CEO of the college.

Council has accepted the presentation from Portage College as information.

Council has given First Reading to Bylaw No. 1927 to amend Bylaw No. 1846 Unpaid Tax Penalty Bylaw. The amendments include changing the M.D.’s tax payment deadline from September 15 to June 30.

Council has approved the purchase of one table of eight for the Victor Ringuette Sportsman Dinner at a cost of $800. The purchase will be funded from the 2026 Council Public Relations Budget.

Council has accepted a package of correspondence as information.

Council members are now giving updates on the meetings, conferences, and events they've attended since the last Regular Meeting.
