Shri Pawan Kumar Agarwal IAS, Special Secretary (Logistics), Department of Commerce, Ministry of commerce & industry, Government of India emphasized the need for a city-level action plan & Multistakeholder engagement approach.

The plan and the approach were presented by EcoLogistics partner cities of Kochi, Panaji, and Shimla to be Freight Smart Cities and Future-ready.
