In the last week alone, 12,000+ students walked out of 100 schools and 50,000+ comments, most of them opposed, have been submitted on the DOE's website. It's clear that Virginia isn't behind the DOE's hateful guidelines- and we're going to make sure our leaders know it.

It's disheartening to see our leaders propose horrifically anti-trans legislation. Tens of thousands of Virginia students walked out in September for Queer rights, and we're ready to make sure our voices are heard in the upcoming legislative session.

The House K-12 subcommittee voted down a bill to let high school students know their Title IX rights after asking whether Title IX covers gender identity and sexual orientation. No one spoke in opposition to the bill.

Republicans just killed a bill saying you can’t ban books solely on the basis of protected class. These book bans were never about sexually explicit content. They’re about censoring whose represented in our libraries.

GOOD NEWS: A Senate subcommittee voted to pass by indefinitely THREE transgender athlete bans. We're one step closer to these bills being gone for good! Over 3,000 emails were sent to committee members opposing these harmful bills! #TransYouthBelongVA
