Matt Dorsey Respectfully, this is a very easy fix! Arrest and prosecute drug dealers, enforce all laws, shift from a harm reduction/housing 1st philosphy to a RECOVERY 1st agenda, incentivize treatment with housing, and stop calling a DRUG crisis a housing crisis! Recovery 1st!

It’s fascinating to watch some parts of San Francisco government actually do their job. Actually got fare checked on bart today - first time in many years. So much damage has been done by incompetence and ideology. It’s going to take a long time to fully come back.
