Today we have lost Australia’s finest Foreign Minister @JulieBishopMP I thank Julie for her loyalty and friendship over many years but especially as my Deputy. She has been and remains an inspiring role model for women here and around the world.

I can understand why as a political party you might eliminate people according to their electability. Just not sure why you’d start at the top of the list.

Two years ago, I was saying “do you have any questions?”. Last year I switched to “what questions do you have?” It made a difference. Today I tried “ask me two questions”. And they did! And those ?s led to more ?s. It amazes me that the littlest things have such a big impact!

We need to be intentional about building relationship with students, but we also need to be intentional about building relationships with colleagues. Go out of your way to say hi, to give a compliment, and to get to know the people at your school. #teachergoals #relationships

It's important to remember not all parents had a good experience while in school. We have to try & repair these bridges & help parents understand that we can’t change their past, but we can change their child's future. And to do that, we sure could use their help.
