The Office of Animal Services executed a Search & Seizure Warrant in Silver Spring, MD. OAS removed 7 Maltese type dogs, 2 Shepherd type dogs, & 1 turtle. The dogs belonged to Carrie Seek who owned & operated Pampered Poodles, a pet grooming salon & commercial kennel (CONT BELOW)
