To deal with corruption, change policies systems and structures.Firing people wont change anything. The new ones will eventually be corrupted. Set minimum wage, access to money thru employment or welfare. Introduce and show regular Ugandans access to middle income status.

Setting minimum wage will create a pathway for many Ugandans to know that their efforts determine their wealth and progress. This will quicken us to achieving middle income status. And will help fight corruption.

Low salary plus high expectations and job insecurity breed corruption. Minimum wage is a clear way . Work hard , get more.

The justice system must be just. If we fail here we would have failed everywhere. Godly lawmakers and enforcers you are called upon to arise and speak the mind of God in this generation. Injustice is ungodly being unfair is ungodly. Will be back with a judgement from heaven.
