🏘️ Australia’s Housing Accord target: 1.2M new homes by mid-2029. 📉 Approvals since July 2022, roughly translating to July 2024 onwards completions, have averaged 14.8K/month. 🎯22K/month on average are needed to hit the mark. 📊 So far tracking at ~67% of target = ~800K/1.2M
