Hey @VRBO why is it so hard to speak to someone who can help resolve an issue when a guest is locked out of a VRBO rental due to a host violating his leasing agreement by renting on VRBO? 2 days and many hours on hold trying to get help, no luck yet!

Caitlyn Rea committed to some serious work this past fall, and it has more than paid off. She has successfully played everything from the 1-5 for our team since 4th grade, and her game has just exploded this year. Coaches, you won’t want to miss this hidden gem!!

I used to look forward to these lists until I read the article written by GameTime about the CIAC Basketball Showcase this past weekend. Not sure I want to pay the subscription anymore. Our athletes deserved better.

I have nothing but respect for NEPSAC schools. It’s not a competition for CIAC schools, it’s a preference of where a child & their parents feel is best for that child’s future. HOWEVER - do not belittle one league over another for “coverage”….

Remember when kids weren’t shamed by the media for going to their local HS? Considering public schools in the CIAC field teams from the SAME town the bball can be pretty damn good. Add recruiting & 40k tuition, imagine what it could be? Probably the NEPSAC, or better? Comparison?

This x 1000! Spoke to multiple college coaches at Staples this weekend. Lots of good players that will play across all divisions in the future (multiple D1), lots of good teams. If college coaches didn’t show up in mass, it was a missed opportunity to see good players. #ctgb

Coach Zullo Jeff Jacobs My biggest gripe with this article and any defense of it is the use of the word, “talent.” It is solely focused around D1 players as if D2 and D3 players aren’t “talented.” Being able to play college basketball at any level is an impressive feat.

So I felt I need to respond but wanted to choose my words wisely when doing so. After a great weekend for CT girls HS basketball between the two leagues and when we should all be giving thanks to all the coaches and directors that put these two tourneys together, we are not

Congratulations to Caity Rea on being voted as the CHSCA Player of the Week! Caity finished her career at NFHS last night. Her career point total is 1,031 which places her 4th on the All-Time scoring least for female basketball players! Well done, Caity! #ctgb
