The new characters drive people away from the game. Why would anyone want to play against a heavy projectile camper that can infinitely stall offstage in a game with no shields? DLC has always taken years to balance in this game and the new 4 will actually never truly be fixed.

The competitive aspect of the game became more unenjoyable with each DLC character added. Workshop characters were the breaking point and it’s why the game is dead.
