Wow Southwest Airlines must have just done a massive schedule update cause every flight I had booked with them was massively changed…never seen that before…bait and switch…awful!!

Thanks Southwest Airlines for cancelling our flight from #RDU and rebooking us 48 hours later…paid $3800 to fly Delta tomorrow and will be reaching out to Secretary Pete Buttigieg U.S. Department of Transportation to file an official complaint…oh and the 90 mins on the phone was a nice touch too!!! Awful.
Hey West Ada Schools and Meridian Police Dept you’re creating a completely unacceptable safety situation for middle school kids running across McMillan (4 lanes) to get to their bus stop!!! Someone is going to get hit. Not to mention, 10 mins past the pickup time and no bus!!!
