Weight Loss Simplified: 1. Create a calorie deficit 2. Eat more protein & veggies 3. Lift weights 3x per week 4. Get 6,500+ steps daily 5. Sleep 7+ hours per night 6. Don't eliminate your favorite foods 7. Be at least 80% consistent 8. Be patient 9. Repeat points 1-8 for months
