Off-Season Opinion: “Wake Up & Grind” Mentality is foolish. The dietary, sleep, hydration, recovery, pre-workout routine, and workout content choices matter far more than if a workout is at 6am or 6pm.

Feels like everyone in 🏀 should *at least* be rethinking if traditional shell drill, 3-man weave, layup lines from the 45, and dribbling through cones etc… are really the best methods for development & teaching. Rigid structures for practice for an unpredictable game?
