Gut analysis toolbox (GAT) is out! Its based in Fiji & aims to automate image analysis tasks in gut neuroscience.Using AI models you can segment neurons. We use GAT to characterize neuronal distribution & reveal regional differences via spatial analysis Integrated Neurogenic Mechanisms Laboratory
