Sumner Hill held its October All ProDads meeting on Thursday. Great to see dads pointing our boys toward positive relationships and life skills to help them develop as young men. Relationships built in these settings will yield fruit for many of these guys! Clinton Public School District

Some of the best professional learning takes place when you’re hanging out with the teacher down the hall.  Workshops and conferences are nice… but they will never replace meaningful collaboration within the school.

All education work is service, from master schedule, to professional development, to collaboration, to lesson planning, to direct instruction, to remediation, to check ins, to parent engagement. All for the benefit of others. If this is the mindset then every action has meaning.

Things won’t always go your way. Resist the urge to complain, to get bitter, to lose hope, to go negative. Those never lead to better outcomes. Choose gratitude, own your perspective, maintain hope, positivity, belief. Your response is always your choice. Level up your mindset.
