I'm just gonna say it now, 50+1 is absolutely fantastic. Phase 1 wrapped up by like 7:15 AND we started 45 minutes late AND there were 2600 players (more than an 8 rounder last season). Players lose one turn at the end of the game, imo its so worth the trade off to add a round

Went to a cup today and they announced that there are 21 masters and so we're cutting to 8. Round 4 I ID at 3-0, and round 5 I get down paired. Turns out, there were 19 masters and we're cutting to 4 so now we have to play and I lose. What a time!
