Oral fosfomycin. It's one and done! (yay!) But wait...it doesn't reliably cover Klebsiella spp, Pseudomonas and may be less effective than nitrofurantoin in managing uncomplicated cystitis (boo) Also, may need more than one dose. #knowadrug Matthew Chow
