« Je suis Hamid Qara Hasanlu » Des médecins du monde entier se mobilisent pour sauver la vie du médecin iranien Hamid Qara Hasanlu condamné à mort par la république islamique. Arash Alaei #MahsaAmini #StopExecutionsInIran

Very proud to share this new and first paper published in Nature Communications. A new and original way to consider the inter-organ dialogue during muscle regeneration ! Thank you Coralie Sengenès, AmGi, Quentin SASTOURNÉ, PhD and all authors for this great story !! nature.com/articles/s4146…

Here AmGi Coralie Sengenès Quentin SASTOURNÉ, PhD Mathieu Maxime show that a pool of FAPs originates from adipose tissue and are necessary for effective muscle regeneration. nature.com/articles/s4146…

Defended my thesis Dec 15, transitioning to new projects! Grateful for AmGi, Coralie Sengenès and the team at @RestoreInstitut. Huge thanks to the thesis jury (Dominique Langin, Capucine Trollet, Isabelle Dugail and Thomas Brioche) and AFM-Téléthon for funding this project.

❕ Great #postdoc opportunity: To reconstruct a movie 📹 from tens of thousands of snapshots taken with high-throughput super-resolution microscopy, the lab of Jonas Ries seeks a postdoc with a background in machine learning 👀 Read more ➡️ tinyurl.com/bdhvatuz #sciencejobs

I had so much fun writing this Research Highlight for Nature Methods. Researchers from Peking University were able to culture human totipotent blastomere-like cells through splicing inhibition. RH: doi.org/10.1038/s41592… Original paper in Cell: doi.org/10.1016/j.cell…

Thrilled to share MyoFuse, an AI-based workflow for automated skeletal muscle cell fusion quantification! 🥳 This is a collaboration with Benjamin Lair and Cedric Moro (I2MC-Toulouse), improving the Fusion Index (FI) measurement. Preprint: biorxiv.org/content/10.110…

MINFLUX works well in theory, but system and sample imperfections can lead to suboptimal resolution. To address this, Jonas Ries and I developed SimuFLUX: biorxiv.org/content/10.110…, a realistic simulator to optimize MINFLUX experiments before samples go on the microscope.
