Outstanding #RTKL decision by Judge Cunningham in Crawford County. The issue: Whether or not posts by school board members to personal Facebook pages can constitute records under the RTKL. The judge ruled, strongly, that the answer is "yes." Upheld earlier Open Records in PA ruling.
