but is also allowing encouragement from the bully for the rest of the team to follow suit. This is all happening under the supervision of the athletic director, coaches, school administrators, and the superintendent.

Rather than helping guide students struggling with mental issues and providing a safe haven for all the students on the team, this administration would rather blame the victims and diminish all the mental and emotional effects of said bullying.
