Second workout in the books this morning. Upper body strength with some short cardio intervals in there. A nice 30 minutes to get going. The 5 more hours of fasting is gonna be tough.

Disposition of a leased Volkswagen is the absolute worst. Unless you are getting another VW, they just bend you over. The dealer price to buy the car is over $2000 grand more than my pay off price. I’m done with Volkswagen.
