My first first-author paper from the #CDLab is out today at Cell Reports Methods! We developed protocols for isolation of deproteinated megabasepair long DNA which we then use for ‘Genome-In-A-Box’ biophysics experiments! Thanks to @AnthonyBirnie and others involved!
