Heard at work today (Google): Teslas are the iPhone in 2009. Legacy car manufactures see the writing on the wall, but are in the denial phase.

Helping a friend buy a legacy car makes me appreciate the direction to consumer - no negotiation Tesla model. A car dealership is just a place you go to to be lied to just to get a worse car than a Tesla.

The “Tesla requires no maintenance” lie. I have had to refill the wiper fluid at least four times in the 100k miles I have driven my model X, and replace the tires once!
