stoploss level didn't came but also my order closed with loss at 1023.15 I call to customer care but they are arguing with me like it's my mistake

This is the bullshit i have called customer care number but they are saying it's nse mistake some Times without came to stoploss level the trade get exit but my stoploss level was at 1023.25 the market came at low of 1023.50 but also my stoploss triggered at 1023.15 what's this
