Our story on the complete Rpd3S-nucleosome complex is now online on Biorxiv: biorxiv.org/content/10.110… We visualize the S. cerevisiae Rpd3S complex bound to a nucleosome including the "evasive" Ume1 subunit! Congrats, Jon Markert! Thank you Seychelle Vos for a great collaboration.
