Back in the office this morning feeling completely re-energized after a great day in Westminster as part of the District Councils' Network Development Programme. Some excellent speakers that truly grasp good leadership and culture in these challenging times.

One of our priorities is to incorporate sustainability in everything we do, so it's fantastic to see this recognition for our newly-opened Elm House facility.

Excellent few days as part of the District Councils' Network Development Programme. Critical thinking skills put to the test during the DCN Challenge yesterday and a day full of excellent speakers and topics today. Massively grateful to Breckland Council for the development opportunity.

Three years ago we held our first Pride month and raised the Rainbow flag at our office. Fast forward to 2023 and you can see the impact our campaign is having. As we celebrate Pride, let's remember, love is love. Let's stand together, because equality benefits us all.
