#SANS2025 will feature two debates! First Damien Fair will debate Thalia Wheatley about the usefulness of large consortia vs. small bespoke studies, then Mohammad Atari will debate Mark Thornton about caution vs. acceleration in applying AI to social neuroscience!

For this year's Dartmouth Psychological and Brain Sciences grad student visiting day, we introduced a new format based on the "Hot Ones" talk show: faculty and current graduate students ate nuggets with a series of increasing spicy hot sauces as they answered questions from prospective grad students!🌶️🔥🥵


We made it through the full line-up from hot ones, including hot sauces >1,000,000 scoville! h/t to Landry Bulls (pictured in the last two photos below) for suggesting the format and doing a lot of the organizing.
