Today our 2nd year Marjon Uni Football Science students analysed the biomechanics involved in jumping & landing techniques. Our 2nd year Marjon Sport and Exercise Science students using the force plates today. They were tasked with collecting vertical force data, from a sport specific movement. We then spent some time in the Plymouth Marjon University Sports Lab with Ben Anniss & Chris Smietanka where students used the state of the art facilities to assess their knee stability π€©π¬
