There's a pattern here, discrete abuse reports will not work. Removing a scam should not result in a non-descript 404 page either, where any scammer hiding content results in the same. Please make a better plan for the sake of legitimate users being targeted by your abusers.

On a serious note DENIC eG - we are seeing an uptick in .DE domain abuse by Non-Delivery Fraudsters based in Africa. For obvious reasons, the victims will never complain to law enforcement, yet their details will also be abused to perpetuate further crimes - #IdentityTheft.

Why would a registrar acknowledge abuse by suspending a domain, but then allow it to transfer out to another registrar? It's active again. Carding etc ... 😖
