I am yet to sit comfortably in the morning when taking the MyCiTi Bus. City of Cape Town you need to do better. I have been actively complaining about this for a week. I'm guessing that it does not warrant a phone call because I am complaining about a coloured/black route.

Really shameful and pathetic. Your own staff, in uniform pushed past the line that we stand in to jump in to a bus. Also if I should end up getting hurt /groped.. Its all OK.. Because this city does not care to work for us.
