Directions Youth Drop-In Ctr (FSGV), is the only youth specific (under 25) Extreme Weather Response program in Vancouver. At 1138 Burrard, our EWR program is open 10:00pm to 7:00am. We are low-barrier; we don't turn youth away for substance use. We welcome, all even with pets!
