Last weekend, I had 2 students represent John Rolfe Middle School at the South Central Regional Virginia TSA held at We Are HSHS. John Rolfe Middle School hasn't competed in over a decade! Congrats to this 6th grader for participating in Essays on Technology. He also competed in an egg drop and won!

Exciting times in the Rolfe gym at the "STEAM in Sports" event held a few weeks ago! Students got hands-on with cutting-edge fitness technology simulating NFL training camps while learning about the science of sports. They tried the vert jump, Blazepods, weightlifting & more!

Ms. Skylar's Advanced English class attended a special event with HCPS libraries, featuring author Nic Stone. She is the writer of Fast Pitch, the class's book club choice this month. The students had a great time today on the field trip with Ms. Skylar and Ms. Chess!
