Pre-seed is only about people. The idea will change, market will change, product will change but the team remains. Founders, when you are told no by VCs for other reasons, dig deeper, ask what about you did not compel them? What more could YOU have done? There is always more.

Customers = revenue = money

That's It ! Products are built by people to fix other people's problems, and companies are made of groups of people! If we get the best that are able to team up we just nailed it! My experience showed me that.
