Still digesting all aspects of my first trip back to Guyana in 30yrs,but this was one memorable moment.Leaving Georgetown,crossing The Demerara River, driving along The West Bank Road & coming across a school with the same unique name as my old school in Clapham-La Retraite RC School🇬🇾

Best Dress Code Ever!!

Anyone watching the US Open Tennis ? Daughter asked which one is Draper and husband said he’s in red and blue and Sinner’s in grey? I said Draper’s in pink and purple and Sinner’s in dark and light green? Cue major debate! How can we see colours so differently? 🤷🏽‍♀️

Sport is so important, yet so many children do not have access to participate. We work tirelessly to make Spencer Lynx Hockey the best environment for our members and we are so pleased when others recognise our efforts. 🤎🏑🤎

All children should have access to play sports! It helps with fitness but in so many other ways!🤎🏑🤎
