A memorable day in Y5 as the children took on the role of Victorian children. The morning included arithmetic & studied ‘The charge of the Light Brigade’ whilst the afternoon involved traditional Victorian drill and observational drawing. Well done & thank you for the costumes!

Year 2 have been inspired after sampling a variety of delicious breads from the fantastic Leeds Bread Co-op! After a lovely morning sampling fresh breads, we then began to design & make our own homemade bread. We can’t wait to bake & eat them! #DTatmanorwood #Historyatmanorwood

Year 5 have loved their enrichment day at Leeds Museums & Galleries Armley Mills. Thank to the incredible Barry & Eve, our children had a fantastic day and learnt just how lucky they are to have a modern classroom and teachers ;-)
