Spent last 2 weeks (finals season) doing a build sprint - 0 to 1. Going in, all we knew is that we wanted to build in medical. Now we're shipping our V1 to clinics and learning a TON. Takeaway: be your own trigger. the 2-week sprint paradigm is criminally underrated.

Chatted with Head of Product @ LA's fastest growing startup. For the last 3 months, he's spent every non-working hour living as an undercover target customer: Living their highs, mediums, lows, and leveraging that to build a monument of a platform at the office. Key: "Empathy"

Been piloting everyday with a clinic for last 3 weeks. Worked with us through early bugs, feature requests, hardware constraints. They want us to win and their expectations of what this is becoming matches ours. I owe much to this group. I love my users.
