Don’t start with AI chasing a problem. Start with the problem. Want your company’s AI pilots to be in the 5% that succeed? Map the workflow first. Find real pain points and bottlenecks. Most fixes don’t need AI. Only after the problem is nailed, add AI with humans-in-the-loop
