I had no idea that society was still plagued with the age old, antiquated stigma that tells us our pain and tragedy has no place on our sleeves

I still can't understand why so many people are ostracised and forced to carry the burden of their anguish alone. Where has our emotional integrity dissapeared to?

Being outcast and isolated seems to be a common theme that plagues every traumatic ordeal both baby loss and mental health related. Let's break the silence. Let's break the stigma.

Together, let's break man's inhuminanity to man.

It's a shame that sometimes, whilst grieving a traumatic ordeal, you're also responsibile for understanding that other people's insecurities and fears, especially around babyloss, will interrupt their ability to empathise with you. It's a harsh reality that shouldn't be.
