I wrote a guide on UB Oculus, aka the tempo deck I'd play in any major tournament in Modern. Abhorrent Oculus helps vs all the aggro decks that are festering modern, while the UB shell is designed to punish combo decks. Some samples in the comments!

5-0 in MTGO Golden League with my take of Grixis Wizards! Used Corey Burkhart manabase and changed some things, adding my fav modern card Murktide! I beat Boros, Prowess twice, Affinity and Storm. Deck is very good, sb is tuned to fight BWx.

Won the Modern Challenge with Thundertrap Omnath! Thundertrap keeps proving it’s the best card in the format. Finals vs Jendrek’s Pile (also on 4 Thundertrap) was fun Side note: Wear/Tear was awful. Thanks to missflood 4 convincing me to play (I just want to stay on the couch)
