🇬🇧We decided to start the weekend early here in Mallorca, enjoying a refreshing gin & tonic served with delicious local lemons in our secret Palma Gin garden 🍋😉

A classic Palma Gin Fizz for todays #cocktailfriday. Equally as tasty as it is refreshing! 2oz Palma Gin 1oz Lemon juice 3/4oz syrup 1 Egg white Club soda Dry shake first four ingredients in a shaker, add ice and shake, strain and top with club soda and lemon garnish 🍋

It feels great to be able to explore our beautiful island again 💙

🇬🇧It's the weekend and we are definitely enjoying this Palma Peach Gin Fizz for #cocktail Friday 🥂 2 oz Palma Gin 1.5 oz peach nectar 1oz fresh lemon juice 1 egg white 1 tablespoon fine sugar Combine all ingredients into shaker with ice. Shake and fine strainer, Cheers!
